if your order has arrived damaged or broken (if you're ordering framed originals) then please get in touch as soon as possible to let me know. please take pictures of the damage shown. If possible, I'll endeavour to send a replacement or issue a full refund (e.g., in cases where pieces are one-off and cannot be replaced).
